Send with your enquiry

• The tool name or the SKU — for example YL-TRW-01, the 280 g forged hand trowel.
• Quantity, and whether the lot may be split across sizes or handle lengths.
• Handle or finish option: oiled ash, FSC hardwood where the drawing offers it, or the brass-ferrule version.
• Destination country and postcode, so we can quote freight and tell you what duty to expect.
• The date you need the tools in your hands, not the date you plan to order.
• Whether you need a proforma invoice, and the name the invoice should carry.

Three routes in

Trade and wholesale. Mark the subject line WHOLESALE. Tell us the lines, the quantities and the market. One sample per line is charged at unit price plus freight and credited against the first order of 50 pieces or more.

Press and stockists. Mark it PRESS. We send weights in grams, head and handle dimensions, steel and handle material, and the care sheet we pack in the carton.

Claims. Mark it CLAIM and add the order reference. Include a photograph of the tool and the carton, and say whether the head, the socket or the handle is at fault.

How an order is actually made

Nothing on this site takes payment. You enquire; we confirm stock, price in USD and a lead date in writing; if you accept, we issue a formal invoice with bank details. Tools are packed after the invoice is settled. We never ask for card numbers by email, and we will not accept them if they arrive.

If something goes wrong

Write to xinuo-d@outlook.com with CLAIM in the subject. We acknowledge within two working days and put a proposal in front of you within five. If it is still open after ten working days, reply on the same thread with ESCALATE and it goes to a director. You may also use WhatsApp, but keep the photographs in email so the file stays complete.
